An 11-year-old healthy girl was noted to have intermittent, spontaneous, and bilateral hemolacria of 14 months’ duration. Examination and workup failed to identify an organic or psychogenic cause. The patient was expectantly managed with eventual spontaneous resolution. This report draws attention to this unusual and often concerning clinical entity.
