We report a case of 23-year-old man who presented with complaints of progressive abdominal distension for the past 3 months along with the loss of appetite and weight and had a large solid cystic mass in the left half of the abdominal cavity revealed on ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced CT of the abdomen. Subsequent biopsy and histopathology revealed it to be neuroblastoma. 68Ga-DOTANOC PET/CT scan performed to rule out distant metastasis showed intense radiotracer uptake distributed throughout the skeleton, mimicking a super scan.
